The consideration of diversity in higher education as a cross-cutting issue is a goal of teaching development and improvement, which is pursued in the ZHD. Both students and teachers bring different (subject) competences, needs / requirements and teaching and learning strategies. To consider these appropriately in teaching and learning processes means i.a. the need to raise awareness and reflect diversity in the context of higher education. In our workshops and consultations, we constantly think about the diversity of people and tasks both as an enrichment and as a challenge. Diversity is also an integral part of the certificate program as a cross-sectional topic.
